Launch of online survey on simplification in Horizon 2020

There will be 2 versions of the survey:
- a version targeting actual participants in ongoing Horizon 2020 projects (by personal invitation)
- an open version for all types of stakeholders
A summary of the results will be published at the beginning of 2016.
